We understand that your busy schedule doesn’t always allow for easy physician visits, and we hope to make this process as easy and efficient as possible for you. Dr. Jaglowski is usually in the operating room on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and we typically see patients in the office every Tuesday and Thursday between 7:30am and 4:00pm. Those would be our preferred times to visit. However, we understand that these times may not work for everyone and would like to provide you with an opportunity to see us that works best for you. Please email us at [javascript protected email address] to arrange your appointment. If this is an emergent situation, please proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.
At your first visit, please fill out patient forms electronically beforehand. We know this is an annoying (but required) part of the medical process. Filling out the forms beforehand drastically reduces wait times and streamlines the process for you. Also, please bring all relevant information with you, including health history, medical records, and imaging including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO BRING THE DISC INCLUDING THE IMAGES as well as the RADIOLOGIST REPORT. Your personal health records are unfortunately not accessible from all electronic platforms and you physically bringing the information is best.
Dr. Jaglowski is a shoulder, knee and hip specialist but he also sees a variety of orthopedic conditions in all ages. However, there are some issues that may be better served by another physician or specialist, and we want to make sure you are in the right hands. Appointment requests should also be made for only one body part/region at a time. Focusing on one area per visit gives us time to really get to know you and understand your orthopedic problem.
As always, thank you for choosing us for your care and we look forward to seeing you in the office. Please contact us at [javascript protected email address] with any questions or concerns.
